Grounded in China's digital finance practices, the project systematically analyzes the evolutionary mechanisms of technological, market, and regulatory risks associated with digital assets and digital currencies. It aims to build a full-chain risk control system covering risk identification and assessment, monitoring and early warning, and prevention and response, and to form a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance framework. The project will provide theoretical support and policy recommendations for balancing digital finance innovation with risk prevention and control, and for promoting the standardized and healthy development of digital finance.
