2. Qualifications

With good ideological and political qualities andhighmoral and academic ethics, under 35 yearsof age,in good health, andholding a Ph.D. degree obtained within the last threeyears.

Outstanding doctoral graduates who have beenadmitted toprestigious universities at home and abroad, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and other research institutes at the corresponding level; or outstanding doctoral graduates who have achieved outstanding research results during their doctoral studies.

Demonstrating excellent researchand innovationpotentialand comprehensive abilities.

3.Available Positions

After recruitment, personnel relations will be transferred to the center, whereindividuals will engagefull-timeinresearch work attheschool. They will be categorizedinto general, special, and major funding categories using national supporting funds and school special funds for talent team construction.

Postdoctoral fellows who have published papers beyond the contractual target tasks are entitled to the same research incentive policy as faculty membersofthe university and theschool.

Part-time Postdoctoral Fellows

Postdoctoral fellows are recruited by the supervisor according to the research needs of his/her project. Theon-the-jobpostdoctoral research work is carried out without a transferofpersonnel relationship.Funding is provided by the supervisor or self-financed, withaduration ranging from2 to4 years.Postdoctoral fellows are permitted to leave the center when meeting all the requirements of the universityfor postdoctoralresearch.
