The Lushan Technology Finance High-Level Forum was held in Changsha on the afternoon of October 29. Themed "New Quality Productive Forces and Science and Technology Finance: Driving Mechanisms and Policy Innovation," the forum brought together more than 170 representatives from government departments, universities, financial institutions, and technology enterprises to discuss pathways for the in-depth integration of technology and finance.

Shen Wenjing, Deputy Director of Department III, Ministry of Science and Technology; Zhou Bin, Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology; and Li Kenli, Vice President of Hunan University, attended the event and delivered speeches.

During the keynote speech session, Nie Changhong, Party Secretary of the Center for Science and Technology Innovation Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Mo Wangui, Deputy Director of the Institute of Finance, People's Bank of China; and Liu Jianjun, Dean of the Institute of Equity and Venture Capital, Hunan University, delivered addresses titled "Fostering Innovation through Integration, Advancing Development through Innovation: Enabling Mutual Empowerment between Scientific and Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation," "Key Issues Worthy of Research in Science and Technology Finance," and "Accelerating the Improvement of the Venture Capital System to Consolidate the Foundation of Science and Technology Finance," respectively.

During the roundtable session, Nie Changhong, Mo Wangui, and Liu Jianjun were joined by Zhang Junfang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Science and Technology System Research, Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development Strategy, and Su Huo, General Manager of Shenzhen Dawn Capital Co., Ltd. The guests exchanged views on topics including institutional design, regulatory innovation, and practical pathways for science and technology finance.
