On Jan 5 2018, Assistant Professor Yi Li and Assistant Professor Kaijuan Gao presented their teaching and research findings to their class. Assistant Professor Yi Li’s “Financial Statements and Its’ Hidden Logics”introduced connections between business logics and three types of main financial statements, definition of accounting information, the descriptions of three types of financial statements, critical accounts of balance sheets and conclusion of intermediate accounting.

Next, Assistant Professor Kaijuan Gao directed students with “Merger, Acquisition and Clearance, Advanced Accounting-” which includes an introduction of M & A and associated concepts and theories.

On the review session, Associate Professor Wanjin Li and Associate Professor Meiying Li were invited to the event and graded on comprehensive performance of the classes. They appraised the successful demonstration of fundamental theories and concepts, sound preparation, well-designed lecture structure and transition to the research areas. They expected that accounting provides unique access to business education and help students learn about business models.
