On February 1, just before the Chinese Lunar New Year, volunteers from the Business School of Hunan University (HNU), who are also members of the Xinxin Public Welfare Promotion Association of Changsha, visited Lijiashan Community, Kaihui Town, Changsha County despite the rain.
